Common questions

Do I need a Wati account to use WhatsApp Rocket?
Yes. WhatsApp Rocket works on top of your existing paid Wati account (any Wati plan with API access). Wati provides the official WhatsApp Business API connection; WhatsApp Rocket gives you the Google Sheets engine on top of it.
What happens when my 15-day trial ends?
Sending simply pauses. Your Sheet, logs and data remain intact. Subscribe to Basic or Pro and everything resumes exactly where you left off. Nothing is charged automatically.
Is this against WhatsApp's rules?
No. All messages go through the official WhatsApp Business API via Wati, using Meta-approved templates. This is not an unofficial automation of the WhatsApp app.
Do you store my contacts or messages?
No. Your contacts and messages live in your own Google Sheet and your own Wati account. Our license server only verifies your license key.
How do I pay, and do you offer refunds?
Payments are accepted online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We do not offer refunds after payment — the 15-day Pro trial exists so you can fully validate the tool before paying.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro later?
Yes, anytime. Write to support@rocketautomate.in and we'll adjust your license, charging only the difference for the remaining period.
